Best Oral Communication Award

GAES SOLIDARITY FOUNDATION Award for the Best Oral Presentation, endowed with €1,000 (all papers presented in the oral communications session will be eligible).

ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES

Abstract submission:

  • The abstract for each submission must comply with international organisational standards and follow this structure: title, introduction, material and methods, results, and discussion/conclusion.
  • All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website’s online form. Abstracts sent by any other means will not be accepted.
  • The author responsible for presenting the work must be registered for the Conference.
  • Members of the Scientific Committee will review the abstracts and five will be selected for presentation.
  • The deadline for abstract submission is 5 April 2026. Authors will be notified of acceptance by email on 8 April 2026.
  • All accepted oral communications will be eligible for an award.
  • Language: Spanish or English.
  • Title length: max. 300 characters.
  • Abstract length: max. 4,500 characters.
  • Format: Online form.

Oral presentation of accepted submissions:

  • A maximum of 10 minutes is allocated for each presentation.
  • Language: Spanish or English.
  • Accepted works must submit their PowerPoint presentation via this form by 1 May 2026.
  • Accepted works will be presented in the Oral Communications Session on Friday, 15 May at 15:45.

Accepted communications will be presented in the Oral Communications Session: Friday, 15 May, at 15:45. The Best Oral Communication Award (GAES AWARD), worth €1,000, will be granted, and all works presented in the session will be eligible.
